Sathebo.com is an active proponent of minimizing the environmental impact of winemaking through the use of alternatives to old growth oak barrels and single-use glass bottles.
Serving Chicago and the surrounding areas, we work with local restaurateurs to craft single-varietal or blended wines that perfectly complement their menus. We make custom wines in quantities of 5 cases to 500+ cases. We provide a variety of wine bottling options, and also provide custom label design assistance.
